Cilantro Lime Sriracha Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound pasta of choice
1 pound of chicken breast
3 to 4 limes
1 bunch cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil
3 to 4 tablespoons Sriracha
Slap Ya Mama® hot seasoning

PREPARATION:

Cook pasta until al dente. Chop cilantro to size preference. Season chicken and cut into cubes. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat. Let garlic brown slightly, then add the chicken. Allow the chicken to brown a bit, about 3 to 5 minutes. Flip the chicken cubes and let brown on the other side, about 3 to 5 minutes. Once chicken is almost done cooking, very slight to no pink color in the middle, add Sriracha to coat chicken and let simmer. Drain pasta but keep a cup of the pasta water. Add chicken, including the Slap Ya Mama seasoning if desired and olive oil mix, to the pasta with the reserved pasta water, chopped cilantro and the juice of the limes. Toss until combined.
